V. Hakobyan: Our people place their hopes on virtual political structures
“Irates De facto” has interviewed the political technologist Vigen Hakobyan. Coming up to upcoming presidential elections V. Hakobyan mentioned that less or more remarkable politicians' refusal in participatig in elections brought to loss of intrigue in the election processes. However, this doesn’t mean that the amount of the voters will be low.
The authorities will not allow this to happen. Besides that, in Armenia people always have expectations from the presidential elections. “In countries which have mentality that is close to ours people mainly place their hopes on a certain person than on virtual political structures. This means there will be a certain interest towards the elections,” the political technologist said.
