Raffi Hovannisian does not need head of election headquarters
Heritage vice chairman Armen Martirosyan does not rule out that Raffi Hovannisian’s election headquarters will not be headed by anyone.
“I do not rule it out. It is not compulsory for us to appoint a head of election headquarters. We have functional divisions and we will do public works during the campaign,” he told Panorama.am, adding that this issue is not yet closed and there may be some news by Monday.
As for technical issues, they are solved normally, commission members are being appointed, Mr Martirosyan noted.
“We are ready for the start of the campaign,” he concluded.
