Hovhannes Sahakyan to replace David Harutyunyan at NA Ethics Committee
RPA parliamentary faction has changed its representative in the Ethics Committee of Armenian National Assembly. Speaking to Panorama.am, RPA parliamentary faction secretary Hovhannes Sahakyan confirmed that he will replace David Harutyunyan in the Committee.
According to him, the NA Rules of Procedure stipulates that parliamentary factions can replace their representatives when they want. So the RPA parliamentary faction, due to David Harutyunyan being busy as head of the Armenian delegation to PACE and chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Issues, has decided to replace him.
