Aravot: Andrias Ghukasyan doesn't mind continuing hunger strike with Hayrikyan
Presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan yesterday visited Andrias Ghukasyan who is on a hunger strike near the National Academy of Sciences building and told him that he wants to join him. Aravot reports that Ghukasyan was not particularly inspired by Hayrikyan’s decision. Hayrikyan told him he wants to join him for some three days and to persuade him to stop the hunger strike together with him.
Ghukasyan told Aravot: “I think no struggle should be left halfway. Paruyr Hayrikyan gives importance to this issue in our country. I don’t mind his joining me but I will be on hunger strike indefinitely.”
