Radikal: Armenian, Turkish students sign protocol
Armenian and Turkish students have signed a three-point protocol laying the foundations of Turkey-Armenia Student Initiative envisaging public dialogue between Armenian and Turkish universities by implementing student exchange programs, Turkish Radikal reports.
As part of the program, five Armenian students have participated in a discussion on Armenian-Turkish relations at Galatasaray University of Istanbul.
One of the peculiarities of this document is that Turkey and Armenia do not depend on a third country while establishing a public dialogue, the Turkish website said.
