Hraparak: Who will join national consent government?
Behind-the-scene rumors about forming a “national consent government” have recently been circulating in power circles, Hraparak reports. According to rumors, Serzh Sargsyan will form government following the elections, and candidates receiving high number of votes will also make part of it. In particular, Raffi Hovannisian will be offered the position of Foreign Minister, Hrant Bagratyan Minister of Economy.
A well-informed source in the government, however, refuted this rumor. The point is that the “consent government” will include not the presidential candidates but members of Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP). This will be an attempt to prevent the collapse of PAP.
