Zhoghovurd: Hayrikyan’s health condition top state secret
Presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan’s aide Karo Yeghnukyan told the media on Thursday that Hayrikyan’s health had deteriorated sharply. Zhoghovurd daily’s correspondent called Hayrikyan to inquire about his health, but his aide Vrezh Zatikyan said, “The candidate has asked us not to talk to anyone about his health.”
“It appears that the health condition of the candidate is a top state secret, and Soviet KGB may hear about it,” the paper writes ironically, adding that Hayrikyan canceled a planned campaign rally in Lori on Thursday.
