Armenia holds presidential election
Armenia holds presidential election today - the sixth election in the history of independent Armenia.
1,988 polling stations have been set up in 41 electoral districts. The voting starts at 08:00 and ends at 20:00.
The Informational Center of Central Electoral Commission will periodically provide information on the voting process as well as on the applications and reports received.
The names of the candidates on the voting list are arranged by the following order: leader of Freedom Party Hrant Bagratyan, leader of National Self-Determination Union Paruyr Hayrikyan, leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian, non-partisans Andrias Ghukasyan and Arman Melikyan, RPA leader Serzh Sargsyan, non-partisan Vardan Sedrakyan.
