OSCE/ODIHR: Armenian election was administered in a professional manner
OSCE/ODIHR observers have registered cases of group voting, improperly sealed ballot boxes and double voting during the election in Armenia, said Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini, the Head of the OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission.
“We can make suppositions about ballot stuffing, but in general it had no impact on the election results,” the observer said.
According to the observer, there has been misuse of administrative resources, with some public officials making use of their official position, but “overall, the election was administered in a professional manner."
