In the infobase of articles and press releases of Eastern European countries a release was published by Colisee.org. 

To the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Armenia to the Council of Europe, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Armenian pogroms in the Azerbaijani city of Sumgait.

Recently the Azerbaijani side too used the part of the site where the placement of press releases related to Eastern Europe is considered to be a normal procedure and posted on there the release of the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to CoE concerning the Aghdam events that took place in 1992 and which are called by the Azerbaijani “Khojalu events”.

However, in this very case, it is noteworthy that in the Azerbaijani press the mechanical procedure of publishing an official releases has been presented as the covering of the Azerbaijani disposition in the French media. Thus, the “1news.az” news agency in the article titled “French media published an article on the 21st anniversary of the Khojalu tragedy,” says, that “an article is published on the French site Colisee.org, initiated by the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe.”

Also phrases like “the authors emphasize” are used in order to present the whole publication, which is rather ridiculous, especially taking into consideration the fact of the singular release which has got a misleading heading.
