So what is the stumbling block on the way to innovative thinking? Conventionality, ‘cave’ thinking that should be overcome. Technology, solutions are much easier as they are just the products of innovative way of thinking. So, what an open-minded business leader employing inclusive managerial approach should do is to institutionalize the supportive conditions for innovative thinking,” said VivaCell-MTS Ralph Yirikian addressing the audience.
VivaCell-MTS had two options at its start-up phase. Either to invite international experts or to rely on its own specialists, yesterday’s university graduates, young, inexperienced yet creative, dedicated staff ready to take a risk and committed to success and making a difference in the market. The second option was to invite field experts from high-reputation consulting firms. The first option was chosen – and the success became obvious in the short run.
