Constitutional Court to consider Raffi Hovannisian’s appeal within 10 days
Heritage spokesman Hovsep Khurshudyan, secretary of Heritage parliamentary faction Zaruhi Postanjyan and legal advisor for Raffi Hovannisian’s headquarters Karen Mejlumyan handed an appeal to the Constitutional Court disputing the results of the February 18 presidential elections in Armenia.
Disputing the election results in the Constitutional Court is only the legal aspect of our struggle, Khurshudyan told reporters after leaving the court.
Constitutional Court will consider Raffi Hovannisian’s appeal within 10 days.
Raffi Hovannisian’s headquarters reported on Sunday that they demand to record the real results of the February 18 elections and to invalidate the results announced by the Central Electoral Commission on February 25.
