Raffi Hovannisian’s March 8 rally starts in Liberty Square
The March 8 rally of former presidential candidate, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has started in Liberty Square of Yerevan.
“Our people survived thanks to the talent of women. Women saved our homeland,” actor Yervand Manaryan said in his remarks at the rally, adding that his civic position was cultivated by his mother.
According to him, currently Armenian men rely on women, and should stand firm by their side in order to come out of this situation. Otherwise, the actor said, there will be no future not only for our children and grandchildren but also for our whole nation.
