168 Zham: ARFD, PAP, Heritage discuss joint participation in Council of Elders elections
A trilateral meeting between representatives of Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), ARFD and Heritage took place Friday evening in the building of the ARFD Supreme Body, 168 Zham says.
The parties discussed the possibility of joint participation in the elections of Yerevan Council of Elders. With no final decision made, it was decided to continue the discussions on Saturday.
It is noteworthy that Armenian National Congress (ANC) was left out of the discussions in spite of the fact that ANC representatives were also for joint participation in the elections. Heritage most of all opposed the participation of ANC in the discussions, with its members being against any kind of alliance with ANC.
