Journalists gathered at Liberty Square are trying to reach Heritage leader Raffi Hovannisian for a comment on the letter of President Serzh Sargsyan and the proposals mentioned in the letter.
However, Raffi Hovannisian, who has been on hunger strike at Liberty Square for 15 days, is not leaving the tent.

“He will properly reply to the letter soon,” Khurshudyan said.
Today, President Serzh Sargsyan has replied to the letter of Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian. The President’s letter said, in part, “I urge you, please stop the hunger strike, recuperate for a day or two and we will start working seriously together, committing our ideas to paper, quietly, without shows, even taking as a point of departure your - at the moment very incondite – account.”
The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia on February 25 announced the final results of the presidential elections in Armenia. According to them, Serzh Sargsyan won the elections with 58.64% of the votes, while his closest rival, Raffi Hovannisian, received 36.75% of the votes. Hovannisian disagrees with the election results and is holding mass protest actions. On March 4, representatives of Raffi Hovannisian and former candidate Andrias Ghukasyan handed an appeal to the Constitutional Court disputing the results of the February 18 presidential elections in Armenia. CEC rejected the appeals of Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan.
Raffi Hovannisian began hunger strike at Liberty Square on March 10 evening.
