Armen Arzumanyan replies to Raffi Hovannisian’s letter to President Serzh Sargsyan
Armenian President’s spokesman Armen Arzumanyan has replied to the letter of Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian, presidential press service reported.
“Three points should be mentioned in connection with the March 26 letter of Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian to President Serzh Sargsyan:
1. President Serzh Sargsyan has always been distinguished by great patience, and he is always constructive in his steps.
2. The proposal mentioned in the President’s March 25 letter is still in force, although the language of unfounded ultimatums voiced at the square reduces its urgency from hour to hour.
3. President’s meetings are organized according to a planned protocol, the time is appointed in advance, and they take place in the Presidential Palace.”
