Shavarsh Kocharyan: Armenian-Iranian relations on high level
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan met with Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast on Friday, Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.
Shavarsh Kocharyan noted that Armenian-Iranian relations dating back to thousands of years are currently on a high level, there is a regular political dialogue and active economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
The parties also discussed regional issues, stressing a need of resolving them peacefully.
The interlocutors also discussed ways to promote media cooperation between the two countries.
