Hraparak: Presidential protocol service prepares for inauguration
Armenian President’s Protocol Department prepares for the inauguration ceremony of Serzh Sargsyan which is due to be held at Yerevan Sports and Concerts Complex on April 9, Hraparak daily says. Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Sergey Ivanov, EPP Secretary of External Relations Nicolas Briec as well as a large delegation from China are expected to attend the presidential inauguration ceremony.
“As for the “internal” guests, the list is not yet finalized. The spokesperson for Prosperous Armenia Party told Hraparak that she has not yet talked to Tsarukyan - who has recently returned from a foreign trip - and does not know whether or not he is going to attend the ceremony. Second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan’s spokesman does not answer phone calls, so his plans also remain unclear,” says the paper.
