Activity of any person in Azerbaijan is risky, absolutely everyone who says or writes something unpopular is vulnerable. Azerbaijani writer Alekper Aliyev, who now lives in Switzerland, told the writer Mark Verkhovsky at an interview given by skype, the website "Kultura.az" reports.

Alekper Aliyev said that a year ago at a meeting of young people in Baku, the rapper Jamal Ali scolded President Ilham Aliyev publicly.
