Only one inauguration was held on April 9, which we did not attend. It was the inauguration of Serzh Sargsyan, ARFD MP Armen Rustamyan told a parliamentary briefing today.
“Raffi Hovannisian took the oath with citizens as a citizen,” Rustamyan said.
According to the MP, Yerevan elections, for instance, would be a good opportunity for advancing Raffi Hovannisian’s movement.
“Let them be elected to the Council of Elders, and we will unite our mandates and form a post-election alliance,” Rustamyan concluded.
