Artsakh leader meets Armenian Defense Minister
President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan on April 12.
Issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this area were discussed during the meeting.
The two sides called cooperation in this area between the Republic of Armenia and NKR one of the pivotal preconditions for maintaining peace and stability in the region.
Artsakh Republic Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, First Vice Chief of the General Staff, RA Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Enrico Apryamov attended the meeting, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
