ARFD MP hopes for formation of post-election alliance between opposition parties
I highly evaluate the one-year cooperation with the Armenian National Congress (ANC). Irrespective of our difference, we are convinced that the current situation in the country will not continue, ARFD MP Armen Rustamyan said in his remarks at the ANC party’s founding congress.
According to Rustamyan, these bases of cooperation can be used for Yerevan elections. The opposition will still have a chance to show that people’s power can be established in the capital and more efficient management can be achieved, he said.
The MP also hopes for practical cooperation after elections in case a post-election alliance is formed.
“We have already announced about the formation of a post-election alliance, and I am happy that ANC members give importance to such statements. Nothing is lost yet. The post-election alliance can help us achieve this goal in the future,” Rustamyan said.
