Armenian Education Minister discusses bilateral ties with Ukrainian counterpart
Armenian Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan completed three-day visit to Ukraine, where he met with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Tabachnyk, Armenian Education Ministry press service reported.
Expansion of educational cooperation and bilateral ties, particularly cooperation between Armenian and Ukrainian universities, was in the focus of the discussion.
Armen Ashotyan conveyed his thanks for teaching the Armenian language in a number of Crimean schools and expressed readiness to assist the further expansion of the program.
Mr Ashotyan invited his Ukrainian counterpart to Yerevan to attend the Eastern Partnership ministerial meeting to be held within the framework of the Council of Europe.
