Haykakan Zhamanak: YSU to raise tuition fees for next educational year
Yerevan State University (YSU) will raise tuition fees for the next educational year, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. The minimum fee will increase from 300,000 drams to 400,000 drams. Students of the Law Department will have to pay 800,000 drams for their studies instead of 700,000. The increase in fees will only concern those students who will enter the University in 2013. YSU Prorector Alexander Grigoryan said that the teaching staff’s salaries will be increased as a result of the increase in tuition fees.
