Zhoghovurd: Republicans rewarded for ensuring good election results
Representatives of Yerevan territorial organizations of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) gather at various restaurants, mostly Parvana, in these days to celebrate the party’s victory at Yerevan municipal elections, Zhoghovurd daily reports.
According to the paper’s sources, in addition to a lavish entertainment, many Republicans receive monetary rewards. Those Republicans who ensured the highest results in the polling stations have received up to $20-25,000.
Secretary of RPA parliamentary faction Hovhannes Sahakyan refuted this information.
