Bako Sahakyan meets with members of French National Assembly and Senate
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Monday, May 27, with visiting members of the French National Assembly and Senate.
President Sahakyan characterized relations with France as one of the most important directions of NKR's foreign policy, stressing the need to maintain and deepen strong ties between the parliaments of the two countries. In this context the President considered important the establishment of France-Artsakh friendship circle, adding that he has much expectations from its work.
A number of issues related to domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh, regional trends and the Karabakh conflict settlement were discussed during the meeting.
Speaker of NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan and other officials were present at the meeting, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
