Governor of Aragatsotn region has no deputies
Hraparak daily writes, “Yesterday, Deputy Governor Aram Arsenyan presented a letter of resignation. A year ago the PAP member, deputy governor of Aragatsotn region Manafas Arakelyan resigned as well. The position is still vacant.
Thus the Aragatsotn governor is left without deputies. If one position of a deputy governor is vacant for one year it means that nothing will be changed in the governing system of that region even if the second deputy position will remain vacant. Maybe nothing will be changed if the position of the governor remains vacant as well. And if something changes, maybe it will change to good, and it will be good for the people."
