Former Mayor of Goris receives threats
The relatives of Surik Khachatryan, former Governor of Syunik, have threatened the former Goris Mayor Samvel Harutyunyan for elucidating the activities of Surik Khachatryan in 90s.
The former Mayor of Goris said in the interview given to “Aravot” daily, “I have received phone calls recently. There have also been several meetings with the relatives of Surik Khachatryan. They have been trying to advise me by threatening in the same time. I state that long ago I have killed the feeling of hear in me, and I advise all the citizens of Armenia, the dwellers of Syunik and Goris in particular, to do the same thing.”
