Samvel Zakaryan: Growth of prices in medicine has seasonal nature
“In reality there are no such big increase in price. There have been increases with 3-4%. Some groups of medicines have been increased in price, but not all of them,” Chairman of Armenia's Medicine Producers and Importers Union Samvel Zakaryan stated at the meeting with the journalists.
According to him the growth of prices is connected with the growth of demand, which is connected with the season. The medicine that is needed in that particular season grows in price. He also noted that together with the growth of prices of some medicines there are other groups the prices of which go down.
“Fluctuations of prices are not that big,” tried to assure the journalists Samvel Zakaryan.
