What will Ruben Hayrapetyan decide?
In the election round of World Cup 2014 the Armenian National Team has had two meetings in four days. And both matches ended with sensational results. On June 7 Armenia was defeated by Malta team with the score of 0:1, and 4 days later took victory over Danish team in Copenhagen with the score of 4:0. Though this victory made the Armenian society happy, it didn’t calm them down. Such contradicting results brought to various rumors.
The most important here is the disposition of those responsible for the Armenian Football. Just after the defeat the head Coach of the Armenian Team Vardan Minasyan told that the main guilty of failure was him. “I will not resign for the third time; let them fire me, if I am guilty.” But after the victory FFA Chairman Ruben Hayrapetyan has suddenly touched the resignation topic. He has made a sensational statement in the interview given to “Liberty” radio channel, “Frankly, I wish to resign as people want this. I do whatever the people wish,” “168 Zham” daily wrote adding that today the press conference of Ruben Hayrapetyan is to be held.
