NKR President visits south-east of republic
On June 19, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the south-east of the republic, where he held an extended consultation attended by members of the National Assembly, Cabinet of Ministers and heads of several leading companies.
A number of issues related to strengthening the region’s defense system, development of agriculture, telecommunications and construction fields, as well as road building were discussed during the consultation.
NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, heads of concerned bodies delivered reports.
President Sahakyan underlined the significance of developing the south-east wing, noting that it has all necessary preconditions for becoming the locomotive of the republic's economic progress.
He gave instructions to the government for the proper implementation of the activities, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
