Shirak Torosyan confirms detention of Vahagn Chakhalyan’s brother
Armenian MP, President of the Javakhk Compatriotic Union Shirak Torosyan has confirmed to Panorama.am that Georgian law enforcers have detained the brother of Javakhk activist Vahagn Chakhalyan, Armen Chakhalyan.
Shirak Torosyan learnt about the report of apsny.ge from our correspondent. He then contacted Vahagn Chakhalyan who confirmed that his brother has been detained.
“For this moment, I can only confirm that information. There has been a fight in Ninotsminda and Armen Chakhalyan was involved in it. He and the other people involved in the incident have been detained. I can only say this for the moment,” Torosyan said.
