NKR President discusses capital construction issues
On July 2, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a consultation meeting on capital construction issues.
NKR minister of municipal engineering Karen Shahramanyan delivered a report.
In his speech, President Sahakyan noted that the field of capital construction was among the largest segments of NKR economy and stood out as one of its driving forces. At the same time, the President recommended to use a more strict approach to maintaining the quality of the works, their schedules and deadlines of paying salaries.
Bako Sahakyan instructed heads of concerned structures on these issues, indicating that the process would be under his immediate control.
Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, representatives of leading construction organizations and other officials attended the consultation, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
