French travel guide Petit Futé dedicates a chapter to Nagorno-Karabakh
The 6th edition of travel guide Petit Futé has been released in France. It is dedicated to Armenia, with one chapter dedicated to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
Petit Futé is a monthly travel guide for French and French-speaking tourists. It provides information about the tourist infrastructure, sights, places of rest and entertainment of this or that region, country or city.
The section on NKR contains information about tourism development in the country, and formation of respective infrastructures. The travel guide presents the history of Nagorno-Karabakh, its nature and architecture. It also gives a brief note on the conflict between Azerbaijan and NKR, the 20-year-old negotiation process and the role of the OSCE in those negotiations.
Tourists who travel to Nagorno-Karabakh are offered to visit Stepanakert, Shushi, Gandzasar Monastery Complex, Tigranakert Museum, Askeran Castle, Dadivank Monastery, etc.
