Bako Sahakyan, Seyran Ohanyan discuss army building
On July 19, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.
A number of issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this area were discussed during the meeting, attended by Artsakh Republic Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan.
The meeting continued in an enlarged format with the participation of the RA Defense Ministry’s delegation. Special attention was paid to army’s provision and ware maintenance as well as communal construction.
In his speech, the President highlighted the need to give a new quality to the works in this direction and elaborate long-term programs, pointing out that such an approach will give a renewed impetus to the country's economic development and effective use of its potential.
