Some taxi companies raise minimum fare
Some taxi companies in Yerevan have raised the minimum fare following the 50 percent increase in the fares of buses, microbuses and trolleybuses.
A woman called Panorama.am today and said that some taxi companies charge AMD 700 minimum fare instead of previous AMD 600.
Panorama.am called some taxi companies to find out that they indeed raised the minimum fare.
One taxi company said that they increased the minimum fare from AMD 500 to AMD 600. Another company said that they have not raised the fare, and are going to wait for 1-2 weeks.
