Yerevan 7th International Music Festival to kick off on Sept. 11
The Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra presents Yerevan 7th International Music Festival dedicated to great Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian’s 110th birthday. The festival will kick off on September 11, the press service of the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra reported.
The festival’s opening concert will feature the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra and German violinist Isabelle Faust.
The festival’s Artistic Directors are Alexander Chaushian and Eduard Topchjan.
The festival will run until October 25.
The festival is held under the High Patronage of First Lady of Armenia Mrs. Rita Sargsyan and is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia.
