Armenia takes 8th place at New Wave Junior 2013 Song Contest
9-year-old Elina Cholakhyan, who represented Armenia at New Wave Junior 2013 Song Contest, took 8th place at the contest, earning 186 points. Ukraine’s Sofia Tarasova, 12, won the contest. She earned 197 points in 2 rounds, reported the official website of the contest.
16 participants from 11 countries (Armenia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Uzbekistan) participated in the finals of New Wave Junior 2013 which took place in Children’s Center Artek in Ukraine's Crimea.
