Zvartnots airport served more than 448,000 passengers in first 7 months of 2013
Zvartnots International Airport served 448,915 passengers in January-July 2013 against 472, 955 in the same period of 2012, the website of Armenia’s General Department of Civil Aviation reported.
424,159 people arrived in Armenia through Zvartnots in the indicated period against 432,117 in the same period of the previous year.
Some 3,799 tons of cargo were exported from Armenia through Zvartnots in the first 7 months of 2013 against 3,567 tons in the same period of 2012. 2,430 tons of cargo were imported to the country in 2013 (3,044 tons in 2012).
The airport’s takeoffs and landings totaled 4,673 in the period under review against 5,894 in the same period of 2012.
