5th ReAnimania International Animation Film Festival of Yerevan to kick off on Oct. 26
ReAnimania International Animation Film Festival of Yerevan will kick off on October 26 and will run until October 31. This year’s edition of the festival is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Armenian animation art. Leading animation specialists have been invited to participate in the festival.
Thematic competition The Best Animation Reel will be held on the sidelines of the festival, organizers say. Converse Bank will give special prizes to the competition winners at the end of the festival.
Participation bids will be accepted until October 14.
ReAnimania’s goals are to facilitate the development of animation art, educate a new generation of world-class animators and provide a forum for presenting works of Armenian animators in the international arena as well as introduce examples of the world’s finest animated films to the Armenian audience.
