Haqqin.az: Experts do not believe that ‘‘Azerenergy’’ site is hacked
Most experts have questioned the fact that Azerbaijan's energy giant - JSC "Azerenergy" was hacked. According to the Azerbaijani news portal "Haqqin.az", experts are more likely to believe a different version: the secret materials and internal documents have been stolen from the work computer of one of the employees of "Azerenergy".
"Many experts believe that informative-nerve center of one of the Western intelligence services is hidden under this group," the site says.
Yesterday hacker movement “Anonymous” announced about successful hacking of Azerbaijani energy giant - “Azerenergy” JSC. As a result of it 80 important documents appeared in the public domain, reports Securitylab portal. The representatives of “Anonymous” posted links (https://www.cyberguerrilla.org/blog/?p=15541) to archive files with a total of 7 GB.
"The hackers claim that among the intercepted data there are also documents about illegal and corrupted plans of "Etibar Pirverdiyev’s Company." In their statement, the hackers also note that they are discontent with the policy carried out by the Azerbaijani government, and that this is only the beginning of their struggle," notes the portal.
Portal reminds that earlier the hackers of “Anonymous” had hacked the site of the Chamber of Commerce of Germany in Baku and had seized the documents of “Bahar Energy” company."This company is owned by Hafiz Mammadov, known as “Hafka”, who is the partner of Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov,” the site notes.
Recently, about 1.5 GB of various data pertaining to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan was stolen by the representatives of hacker movement “Anonymous”.
