Armen Karapetyan considers himself an elected candidate
On September 29, at the NA additional elections to take place in Syunik region, the RPA candidate Armen Karapetyan has informed its fellows that he is already an elected candidate and it is senseless to waste even a penny.
That’s why he doesn’t even bother himself to carry out a campaign. For several days the “Zhoghovurd” daily tries to get any comment on this regard from Armen Karapetyan, however the latter does not reply any phone calls.
It seems that Karapetyan is going to be one of the poster-MPs whom the people do not know but go and “vote” for him.
