Baroness Cox: Hakob Injighulyan’s being in Azerbaijan is very serious
Member of the British House of Lords Baroness Caroline Cox does not have detailed information about Armenian POW Hakob Injighulyan’s case but believes that his being in Azerbaijan is very serious.
“I hope the international community will demand justice and freedom from Azerbaijan,” she told reporters in Yerevan.
On the night of August 7, Hakob Injighulyan, an Armenian citizen and an army conscript, crossed the Azeri border and was subsequently captured by Azeri soldiers. According to preliminary information, Injighulyan had lost his bearings on the terrain and inadvertently crossed the line of contact.
