Zhoghovurd: National Statistical Service buys even elementary goods at expense of budget
The National Statistical Service headed by Stepan Mnatsakanyan buys even most elementary goods at the expense of the country’s budget, Zhoghovurd daily says.
For example, recently the NSS bought household items of about AMD 110,000, including napkins, light bulbs, soaps, toilet paper, adhesive tape, etc. Besides, it bought 2 liters of ethyl alcohol, 4.5 kg of laundry detergent, etc. at the expense of the budget. The National Statistical Service staff is, in fact, engaged not only in drawing numbers but also in washing, the paper says.
