Voting on amnesty decision delayed until tomorrow
The Armenian parliament completed the discussion of the President’s proposal on the declaration of amnesty on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Armenia’s independence. The voting will take place tomorrow, October 3.
Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan asked the MPs to delay the voting for one day so that the draft decision could be revised based on proposals of MPs.
Tovmasyan promised that in his tomorrow’s speech, in accordance with the NA Rules of Procedure, he will speak about the proposals introduced by MPs.
