Young diplomats take oath at NKR Foreign Ministry
On October 7, a solemn ceremony of oath taking of young diplomats took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The applicants who passed the MFA external competition in June 2013 participated in the ceremony.
According to the NKR law "On Diplomatic Service," by order of the NKR Minister of Foreign Affairs, the applicants who had successfully completed the probation period prescribed by law were awarded the first diplomatic rank of attache and received the MFA I.D.-s, NKR MFA press service reports.
