Election results in Azerbaijan are formed by Excel
The CEC of Azerbaijan has published the results of elections as of 10:00; 12:00 and 15:00. Its interface is very ridiculous.
It turned out that almost in all poll stations the participation has a stable index of 23%, 37% and 57%. Bellow you can see all the indexes of the 4th election region of Nakhichevan, as well as its corresponding ratio of percentage. It is obvious that the election results have been formed by the program Excel.
