Gallup: 32% of Azerbaijanis hate their work
Only 13% of employees worldwide are engaged at work, according to Gallup's new 142-country study on the State of the Global Workplace in 2011-2012. 32% Azerbaijanis hate their work. The data are placed on the site of the organization.
According to the study only 13% of people all over the world love their work, 63% are not that motivated and 24% are not pleased with their work.
Gallup notes that most of the people that are dedicated to their work live in North America – 29%, 24% live in New Zealand and Australia. The largest percentage of people that doesn’t like their job lives in Middle Asia and North Africa – 35% and 33%.
Among the post Soviet countries Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Belorussia and Azerbaijan are included. Only 5% of the Azerbaijani population is satisfied with their work. This is the worst indicator among the CIS countries.
33% of the Belorussian population, 32% of Azerbaijani population, 28% of Kazakhstan, 23% of Ukrainian, 19% of Russian and 16% of Moldovan population hate their work.
