POW Hakob Injighulyan writes to family
Armenian POW Hakob Injighulyan held in Azeri captivity has written to his family. Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) handed the letter to his family members, Hakob Injighulyan's cousin, Arman Injighulyan, told Panorama.am.
Arman Injighulyan noted that the POW said in the letter that he is ok and that they should not be worried about him. He did not write that he wishes to be transferred to a third country.
“He said that to the ICRC representatives. He may change his mind at any moment. I think that if it were up to him, he would choose to return home,” Arman Injighulyan said, adding that his comeback will take time.
