Turkey seeks to assume role of terrorist in region – Navasardyan
Syria is in the center of regional developments in the Middle East, with all regional processes being linked to that country, former Armenian ambassador to Lebanon Arman Navasardyan said in his remarks during the opening ceremony of Diplomat.am club.
“Changes take place in Iran’s policy and much in the region depends on Iran-U.S. relations. Turkey carries out very dangerous policy and seeks to assume the role of terrorist in the region,” Navasardyan said.
Director of the Modus Vivendi Center Ara Papyan said for his part that the region faces deep changes and Syria is the “key” to those changes.
“Many developments in Turkey and Iran depend on Syria. Russia’s positions in the South Caucasus also depend on Middle East developments,” Papyan said.
